Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise display and inventory management.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team setting. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Quick learner with efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in our store.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment opportunity.
