Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on CoStar's cutting-edge information and marketing solutions, including LoopNet, the leading online commercial real estate marketplace.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to closing, onboarding, training, and renewing.
- Deliver exceptional in-person product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
- Provide valuable insights to all stakeholders in the commercial property market, including brokers, owners, investors, lenders, appraisers, and service providers.
- Represent CoStar at industry events and network with commercial real estate professionals in your market.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Client-facing experience in the commercial real estate industry is strongly preferred.
- At least two years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling data, research, and analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing, or information providers.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience training clients on how to use a solution post-sale.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
