Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in residential resale and commercial properties. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training new agents, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and goals.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to expand our team and enhance our brokerage's capabilities.
* Develop and implement training programs to ensure agents are knowledgeable, skilled, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in residential resale, commercial properties, and preconstruction projects.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with RECO regulations and industry standards.
* Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
Qualifications:
* Valid broker license and in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
* Experience in leading and growing a sales team, preferably within a real estate brokerage.
* Strong recruitment and training skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring agents.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of residential resale, commercial properties, and preconstruction projects.
* Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
* A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical practices.
* Ability to work on-site at our office Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week.
Benefits:
