About the Position:


The Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to closing and onboarding clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demoing, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing clients.
  • Conducting high-level in-person client and prospect product demonstrations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance metrics.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in the commercial real estate industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and trends.
