Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
