Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
