Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates, to support business growth and decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and excellent oral communication skills.
- Client Focus: Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
