About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tandhan Corporation. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff and ensure they are properly trained
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Setting
    • Fast food outlet or concession
    • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Food Safety Certificate
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
