Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly driven and proactive Experience Owner to join our Conversion Programs team at eBay. As an Experience Owner, you'll be at the forefront of shaping customer experiences through Buyer Pre-Purchase communications. Your mission will be to drive business growth and customer improvements by innovating and enhancing the multi-channel communications portfolio across Email, Push Notifications, and Native Hub Notifications.
You'll contribute towards revenue targets, long-term strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for this multimillion-dollar portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll influence and collaborate with stakeholders across eBay.

Responsibilities- Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements using data to inform forecasted business impact.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on factors like business value, user needs, effort, etc.
- Author A/B tests, build hypotheses, design test setup, define KPIs.
- Execute tests and customer experience improvements.
- Create PRDs, convey requirements to Engineering teams, and jointly work through execution.
- Create and maintain project plans, manage dependencies, ensure execution readiness, and continuously find opportunities to improve.
- Raise and help resolve project blockers, update Jira boards, and supporting documentation.
- Measure results, assess performance against KPIs, make recommendations for scaling decisions.
- Continuously gather insights, analyze customer feedback for product improvements, conduct market research and competitor analysis, monitor industry trends for opportunities to innovate.
- 5+ years of strong product/business/consulting/growth marketing experience focused on customer conversion; 2 years of experience in/e-related to ecommerce; marketplace experience (e.g., Uber, Airbnb, LinkedIn) is strongly preferred.
- Technical Product Management or comparable experience working directly with Engineering teams through Agile methodologies; technical understanding of building products/communications from scratch.
- Relentless execution and attention to detail - ability to ship quality experiences in a fast-paced and iterative manner; highly organized and process-oriented.
- Strong product sense - ability to understand consumer needs and find simple and creative ways to solve them.
- Experience navigating highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Experience developing performance-based emails/notifications in ecommerce.
- Metrics/data-driven - able to forecast and measure test performance, and monitor health metrics.
- Built strong relationships across various teams within eBay; active listener and clear communicator.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to summarize technical conversations or partner requests in a clear and concise manner.
