Join Brandt as a Parts Person - Material Handling Specialist

About the Role:

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Build lasting partnerships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Handle incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard.
  • Ship parts and materials to customers and branches.
  • Provide support to service technicians when needed.
  • Place stock orders and make inventory adjustments.
  • Document and report shipping, receiving, and inventory information accurately.
  • Utilize computer systems for parts and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials.
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of parts and warehousing.
  • Journeyperson Certification is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using computer software for data management.
