Job Summary

Family Fun Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Family Fun Coordinator to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a Family Fun Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate a wide range of activities to engage our family guests, including games, crafts, and outdoor adventures.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate programs to keep children entertained and engaged throughout the day.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing guest needs and issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all activities and programs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Previous experience working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
