Job Summary:The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent employment.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
