**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Harry Rosen. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and associates at our cash desk.
  • Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening and closing registers and processing sales transactions.
  • Bag and tag purchased products on behalf of customers.
  • Answer store phones and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the service desk and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Update and maintain client information files, including membership in our loyalty program.
  • Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments.
  • Support clients who have purchased online and are picking up products in-store.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • A strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to wow our customers.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a long line of customers waiting for service.
