We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product and service information to our clients, while also resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is a major plus, but not required
