Job Summary
:Audi Midtown Toronto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage with Customers
- Welcoming and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing information and assistance to customers as needed
- Service Traffic Flow and Parking
- Coordinating the flow of customers through the service area
- Ensuring efficient parking and access to the service area
- Record Customer Information
- Accurately recording customer information and preferences
- Using this information to provide personalized service and improve the customer experience
- Assist with Service Drive Duties
- Providing support to the service drive team as needed
- Assisting with tasks such as fueling and washing vehicles
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Service Area
- Ensuring the service area is clean and well-maintained
- Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or concerns
- Perform Customer Follow-up
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Providing additional support and assistance as needed
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Customer Service Experience
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Independently and as a Team
