Healthcare System Resilience Specialist

Job DescriptionThis role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that system incidents and issues are documented, communicated, and reviewed, from which we will take action to enhance the system resilience over time, creating better clinical outcomes in hospitals and clinics across British Columbia.
- You will lead and coordinate all aspects of current projects undertaken by the department, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and on budget as identified in the project plan.
- You will identify and track metrics related to project deliverables, providing consultation, guidance, and support to designated project staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
- You will establish detailed project charters, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables, executing project plans according to project methodologies.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's Degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant healthcare discipline with a minimum of five years' recent experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and the ability to coach team members on these skills.
- Experience working with content areas is key to the success of this role, along with excellent communication skills to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment.

Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $104,456 - $153,639 per year, based on the location and industry standards. The starting salary will be determined by the candidate's relevant education and experience.
