RTLS Healthcare Specialist

Job Summary:
The RTLS Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies, including RTLS and nurse call systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, program, service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the network electronic systems and software.
- Commission front-end workstations and servers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the network electronic systems and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot existing installations or utilize as-built drawings and documentation where available to correct deficiencies and repair systems without supervision.
- Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems.
- Ensure customer requests and status are followed up on time and in a professional way.
- Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.
- Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the company's team of managers, engineers, and technicians; the client; and consulting engineers.
- Effectively communicate and maintain project status with Management, Contractors, and Customer.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent job-related knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems.
- Computer literate, networking ability, and good knowledge of operating systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- System integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in system integration, network topology, and Virtual Environment.
- Experience with Information Communication Technology design in the healthcare environment.
- Experience in delivering RTLS and nurse call solutions.
- Technical writing skills to support documentation of problem resolution/solution improvement.
- Knowledge of technology deployed in the healthcare environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
