**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Natrona County School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying and treating students with communication disorders, as well as experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing students' communication skills, providing speech and language therapy, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess students' communication skills and develop treatment plans to address identified disorders.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and clinics.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and develop strategies to promote communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to stay current with best practices and research in speech language pathology.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • State of Wyoming Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and develop treatment plans that meet individual student needs.
