- Process electronic enquiries and respond promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and inventory levels
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed
- Develop and implement manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient document management
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases
- Contribute to basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail is crucial to your success in this position.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; diploma or degree in a related field an asset
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
Please note that this is a permanent full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
