Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a registered Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment at Northern Health Authority.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medication management to patients in a primary care setting.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote safe and effective medication use.
- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Minimum 2 years recent, related patient care experience in a team-based primary care setting.
- Valid Class 5 drivers' license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
