Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the initial point of contact for our clients in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Canada.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
