Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Dollard-Des Ormeaux. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
