Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

At EightSix Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and sales team to identify sales growth strategies and establish sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support sales teams in achieving key objectives and values-based behaviors.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on sales tools and technology, including Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, CE events, and trade shows to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and deploy social media communications to support sales initiatives and promote the company's brand.
  • Manage equipment sales and coordination, including liaison work with the Equipment Coordinator and Sales Specialists.
  • Manage sales credits, re-assignments, and aging inventory to ensure optimal sales performance.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in a healthcare or comparable industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share.
  • Strong interpersonal and quantitative skills, with experience working in sales databases.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach.
