Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Memorial Cafe Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a consistent level of quality.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
