About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Partner Marketing Lead to join our team at Equinix, Inc. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our global partner experience across marketing-owned partner-facing tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns

Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to enable co-branding and customization by partners, leveraging cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing, channel marketing, and channel sales organizations.

Partner Portal Strategies and Implementation

Develop and implement partner portal strategies, including plans and budgets to increase adoption and utilization of the portal, accelerate channel awareness, partner education, channel demand generation, joint marketing activities, and partner readiness and enablement.

Global Consistency and Alignment

Drive global consistency through collaboration and alignment with regional partner marketing and global partner experience peers to develop and execute consistent processes, positioning, and messaging across partner-marketing owned tools (Partner Portal, Demand Center), including localization when required.

Joint Marketing Fund Program

Develop and manage a joint marketing fund program in partnership with the global partner programs team to accelerate joint marketing activities with prioritized partners.

Partner Experience Enhancement

Enhance the partner experience through consistent monitoring and measurement of partner-facing tool utilization, identifying gaps and creating programs/campaigns, tactics to fill those gaps, and providing regular reporting to key stakeholders.

Internal Communication and Alignment

Lead internal global communication efforts to drive alignment with and awareness of partner engagement with partner-marketing owned partner-facing tools.

Reseller Community Acumen

Serve as the global partner experience prime for reseller partners to maintain overall reseller community acumen, engaging with channel sales leaders and regional partner marketing managers to participate in quarterly business reviews supporting alignment.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
