Overview

The Manager, Mental Health Services is a key member of the Trillium Health Partners leadership team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our customers and clients. This dynamic leadership position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in the public and private health sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective clinical programs, leveraging metrics to ensure success;
  • Oversee multiple mental health services and contracts to various customers;
  • Represent the program internally and externally through various formal and informal opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the manager and clinical coordinator teams to ensure consistency in service delivery;
  • Build and lead a high-performing team known for its excellent clinical performance.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree in Business or Health-related field required; RHP, Occupational Therapy, preferred;
  • Master's degree or current registration in a Graduate program preferred (Health Administration, Leadership, Quality);
  • Minimum of five years of relevant third-party industry and mental health leadership experience;
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex and fast-paced environment;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

What You'll Do Each Day

  • Execute on program-specific goals and objectives;
  • Collaborate with the manager and clinical coordinator teams to ensure consistency in service delivery;
  • Build and lead a program known for its excellent clinical performance;
  • Establish Process Improvement and Quality Assurance plans and practice;
  • Lead by example, exemplifying Trillium Health Partners' values of compassion, excellence, and courage.

Travel Requirements

Travel across Trillium Health Partners sites and on occasions to customer and partner locations is required.
