Job Title: Manager, Third Party Mental Health Services

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Insight Health Solutions, the Manager, Mental Health Services is an integral member of the Insight Health Solutions Program's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality mental health services for third-party customers.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional clinical care and outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple mental health services and contracts to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to launch new programs and expand services to new sectors and organizations.
  • Represent the program internally and externally through various formal and informal opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Business or Health-related field required; RHP, Occupational Therapy, preferred.
  • Master's degree or current registration in a Graduate program preferred (Health Administration, Leadership, Quality).
  • Minimum of five years of relevant third-party industry and mental health leadership experience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Effective team building, relationship building, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills are essential.
What You'll Do:
  • Execute on program-specific goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the manager and clinical coordinator teams to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Build and lead a program known for its excellent clinical performance.
  • Establish Process Improvement and Quality Assurance plans.
  • Lead by example, exemplifying THP's values of compassion, excellence, and courage.

Travel across THP sites and on occasions to customer and partner locations is required.
