Job Title: Manager, Third Party Mental Health Services

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Insight Health Solutions, the Manager, Mental Health Services is an integral member of the Insight Health Solutions Program's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality mental health services for third-party customers.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver clinical programs and services.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to expand the program to new sectors and organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain professional standards in all aspects of the services.
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Business or Health-related field required; RHP, Occupational Therapy, preferred.
  • Master's degree or current registration in a Graduate program preferred (Health Administration, Leadership, Quality).
  • Minimum of five years of relevant third-party industry and mental health leadership experience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Effective team building, relationship building, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills are essential.
What You'll Do:
  • Continue to build and develop a high-functioning team of healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver standardized, efficient clinical programs, leveraging metrics to ensure success.
  • Oversee multiple mental health services and contracts to a variety of customers.
  • Launch new programs to new sectors and new organizations, working closely with the business development team.
  • Represent the program internally and externally through various formal and informal opportunities.
Travel Requirements:

Travel across THP sites and on occasions to customer and partner locations is required.
