Job Summary:

The Courtyards on Eagleson is seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct visitors and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Relay and coordinate resident and employee messages using various methods.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent general education.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
  • Proven ability to deal with the public in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
