Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
