Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KPJ FOOD SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize food service operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on food service performance and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Language

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Hours

The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
