Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at RJC Global Impact. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless administrative support to our staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives;
  • Delegating work to office support staff and providing guidance and training as needed;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time;
  • Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records;
  • Training staff on new policies and procedures;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
  • Resolving conflict situations and addressing employee concerns;
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance and implementing improvements.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role;
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with project coordination and budget management;
  • High school diploma is not necessary because we only require 1-2 year experience for $45,000 per year.
