We are a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and providing excellent support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to optimize efficiency and productivity;
  • Evaluate work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • Carry out various administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and inventory control;
  • Assist in budget planning and expenditure control;
  • Maintain accurate records and perform other duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar environment;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
