Hari Investment is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. Additionally, the candidate will compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. The work conditions and physical capabilities required include attention to detail, judgement, and reliability. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
