About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Architect to join our team at Infotek Consulting Services Inc. as a key member of our Salesforce implementation team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes, system architecture, and integration points, providing guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions, performing system testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform, staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities and recommending improvements to existing solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Functional Architect
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, reporting, and integration capabilities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Architect or similar roles

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
