Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Grizz Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities and services, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal room utilization.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring prompt communication.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring timely notifications.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
