- Information Provider: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
- Checkout Procedures: Process guest departures, calculate charges accurately, and manage payment transactions.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments to ensure optimal occupancy.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly to maintain effective communication.
- Assistance: Provide support to guests with special requirements, ensuring their needs are met.
- Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to fulfill wake-up call requests as needed.
- Housekeeping Support: Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Working Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
