Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Undergraduate Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Employee at Seven Oaks General Hospital in Winnipeg.
Responsibilities
- As an Undergraduate Nurse Employee, you will have the opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and skills acquired in your nursing education program towards competency in Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse practice.
- You will work as an unregulated member of the collaborative healthcare team, providing patient-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
Requirements
- You must be a current student in an approved nursing education program leading to initial entry to practice as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- You must have completed a minimum of 450 hours of clinical practice in an approved nursing education program.
- You must have a clinical placement in a medical/surgical or mental health setting to work in relevant patient care areas.
