Resident Experience Specialist

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- 3-5 years' experience working in a professional customer service/hospitality focused environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
- A willingness to think creatively in providing an exceptional resident experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
- Passion for working with and collaborating with a team.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Resident Services Specialist, you will be committed to providing exceptional customer service to all residents and fostering the Story Brand culture. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident's lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.
