Job Description

About the Role

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless daily operations. As an Office Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining inventory, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain confidentiality, coordinate travel arrangements, manage calendars, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and other electronic communications.
  • Data Management: Compile accurate reports, statistics, and information as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
