At KLM Consultants, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Job

We are looking for a talented individual who can provide administrative support to our staff, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and performing data entry tasks.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Office Support Coordinator will assist with planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask.

Salary and Benefits

  • College diploma or certificate from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
