Customer Support Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Advocate to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met, and helping to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to our products and services.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert-level support to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions to resolve client problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up activities.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
