As an Administrative Office Coordinator at 108 Avenue Animal Hospital, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating tasks to office support staff, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies, and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.

Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Your computer and technology skills will be essential in using MS Office and MS Windows, and your attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring and evaluating tasks. As a team player, you will work closely with other staff members to resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements for this position include a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, experience in an administrative role, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows. You will also be required to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
