The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience, and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. They will be organized, reliable, and have a client-focused approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures
  • Receiving payments from customers
  • Co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments
  • Answering clients' inquiries and providing information
  • Communicating with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments

The work term is permanent, with 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
