Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Meetings and Events: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., to ensure successful execution.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to vital documents.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per annum, reflecting the value we place on exceptional talent and expertise.

Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week.
