Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing skills and confidence in positive mental health among CCRW staff, increasing our effectiveness in coaching individuals with disabilities. This role involves mentoring a Mental Health Support Assistant, developing training resources, and coaching staff on direct situations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement capacity-building programs for adults, utilizing coaching, mentoring, and training methodologies.
- Collaborate with CCRW leadership and staff to create a positive mental health environment.
- Mentor and support a Mental Health Support Assistant in their role.

Requirements
- University Degree in Social Science field (regulated practice preferred) plus 3-5 years of experience. Required certifications may include registrations or designations relevant to the field.
- Alternatively, a Diploma in Social Science with 5 years of experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using a capacity-building approach to work with adults, including coaching, mentoring, and training. Excellent knowledge of positive mental health, social-emotional development, and healthy relationships.
- Strong relationship-building, community collaboration/networking, and time management skills.

- Competitive salary range: $**65,000 - $80,000 per annum**
