Located in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a great opportunity for someone who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Job:

  • We are offering a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in food services management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle repetitive tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve overall productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food services management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
