Job Description

As a Culinary Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for managing our staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
