About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales team in achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in our brand culture and product, taking pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Support the sales team in achieving commercial targets and KPI expectations.
  • Coach and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through engaging interactions and building genuine relationships.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking, with a focus on delivering positive results.
  • Time management and delegation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adjust to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
