Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, and labourers.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including material ordering and equipment rental.
- Recruit and hire workers, and conduct related staffing actions.
- Train or arrange for training of construction staff.
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Recommend personnel actions, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles required.
